A great place. Room was clean and spacious with little extras like the notepad with a happy face on it and a pen. Safeway and Asian Buffet are both close and were perfect for me. I was taking AmTrak in the morning and it was only 12 minutes walk.
Jazz was so amazing and helped make our stay comfortable (only negative is pool not being open later)
Extremely comfortable! The most excellent customer service ever!! Highly impressed with the professionalism displayed by Jazz. She is the most amazing person who truly cares about the guest experience. My mom and I stayed over Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we are going back again in a few weeks. Super clean everywhere! This is now our home away from home!!
The outside of the building is very deceiving. And the inside is amazing. From the decor to the giant waterfall indoors. I booked a spa suite and will say it was definitely a nice room! Will be booking again! Very pleased with my stay. For those that enjoy being a bit more loud, These rooms have an echo and sound travels.
This hotel is cheap for a reason. It's right off the freeway, which is great. The rooms are decent. The pool is very cold, and the hot tub has way too much chlorine. The toilet may fall off when you sit on it. But with that said, the beds are decent and the price is right. Would stay again.
Further off the highway then I thought down a dark curvy road. But right next to food, target, Safeway so bonus. Room was very clean, it's just dated and could use a refresh. Bed was comfortable. I like the vinyl floor since I was with my dog, makes spills or accidents easier to clean. Lots of other dogs were on same floor but I really didn't hear them.
I had stayed here before and had a great experience all the way around. I thought we needed to stay again and booked a room not realizing it was too far from our job site the next morning. They kindly and promptly cancelled with no judgement same day. Normally not their policy. Thank you for this and we look forward to a future stay at your beautiful hotel.
Friendly staff and very helpful! Nice clean room with a comfy king bed and a wet bar/ small sink, microwave and mini fridge. There was a set of silverware for 2 people in the drawer, 2 coffee cups, 2 plates and 1 small serving bowl in the cupboard. There's a 2 cup coffee maker with 1 packet of ground coffee on the kitchen table with a few packets of sugar. If you need more coffee packets, sugar or creamer, that's provided downstairs in the front lobby. Loved that this king bed/ wet bar room had a newer heater/AC unit that was quieter than the other standard king bed room we stayed at before! We slept in a bit until 10 am and missed the free contenental breakfast which I think ended at 9 am or so, but it wasn't a problem. Kinda wished the breakfast was still going until at least 10am, though! It's a very good breakfast assortment and I love their biscuits and gravy, sausages and omelettes! Thank you for another pleasant stay at the Guest House!
